Arizona Gov. Accepts Game And Fish Commission Applications

Governor Doug Ducey’s Office is currently accepting applications from individuals wishing to serve on the Arizona Game and Fish Commission (AZGFC) until 5 p.m. Thursday, October 26, 2017. Interested individuals may apply by clicking here.

Safari Club International is encouraging its members who are well-informed and passionate about Arizona hunting, wildlife and sustainable use conservation to apply for a position as a Game and Fish Commissioner.

In accordance with Arizona law, the AZGFC is required to be politically balanced and representative of all 15 counties in the state. Therefore, this AZGFC vacancy is not available to registered residents of Apache, Maricopa, Pima or Yuma counties. Residents of any political affiliation from all other counties – Cochise, Coconino, Gila, Graham, Greenlee, La Paz, Mohave, Navajo, Pinal, Santa Cruz and Yavapai – are eligible to apply.
